Bernd Mößle, born in 1983, asked for and got a practise chanter for his 10th birthday.

After being taught the basics by his father he studied with Stefan Rau, who brought him into the German piping scene. Over the years he attended countless national and international workshops and summer schools.

Additionally, he played with different pipe bands as both a regular and guest player and competed in countless solo competitions.

At the moment Bernd is an active band and solo player.

By participating in competitions in both areas he was able to test and improve his pipes under the highest sound standards.

In 1999 Bernd began an apprenticeship for cabinetmaker, finishing in 2002 at the top of his class for the Schreinerinnung (cabinetmaker’s guild) Ulm/Ehingen.
